James W. Dillard, Sr. is our Chairman. Decades ago he began one of the countries preeminent Industrial Door Companies who today makes moving Professional Football Stadium Roll Out Fields, the World's Largest Pivoting Doors at the Minnesota Vikings Stadium, the Miami Marlins Stadium Sliding Roof and some of the World's Largest Aircraft Hangar Doors, and the US's Blast Doors protecting the U.S. Armaments and Nuclear Power Plants. He started a robotic controls company that now serves hundreds of manufacturing facilities around the World.
He provides the Group with a compass steering our investments in a conservative way and focusing on long term growth..
John D. Levitan, Sr. is an Independent Consultant of the Group responsible for developing strategies for global growth in the Private Equity Markets, Integrating Collection Management Service, Private Philanthropic Growth, and Placement of Debt and Equity Partnerships for the Group's Developments
Daniel J. Levitan is our Executive Vice President in charge of Project Development guiding legal and accounting strategies with our Group General Counsel, our Outside Independent Counsel and analysts to close projects in well guided legal and financial strategies. He has developed hospitality projects, completed several large company acquisitions and divestitures and serves our entrepreneurial focused partners in a way that thinks outside the box to capture high value investments and to identify leveraged projects that are supported by income producing companies, and gathering corporate intelligence to integrate information with the Groups' projects around the world.
Sven Schelenz is our European Agent and a Director in charge of completing opportunities and directives in Europe to implement worldwide. He is responsible for identifying opportunities in the European community where we can implement development strategies in hospitality, client services, real estate, philanthropy, sports, manufacturing and personnel opportunities in Europe.
Bart A. Houston is a diversified attorney that tackles the complex as well as the simple to get results. Mr. Houston concentrates on complex commercial matters, including out of court restructuring and workouts, commercial litigation in state and federal courts and Chapter 11 reorganization cases. For the first 15 years of his practice, Mr. Houston represented Debtors in Chapter 11 reorganization cases and in complex Chapter 7 cases, as well as many other legal issues that are simply business problems with simple business solutions.
At times, litigation is a necessary tool to achieve the business resolution and he excels in this field. Over the last several years, Mr. Houston’s practice has expanded to include complex insolvency related litigation in bankruptcy cases in contested and adversary matters on behalf of debtors, creditors’ committees, and trustees; purchasers of assets and other interested parties; and fraudulent transfer and preference litigation; and in commercial litigation cases in federal and state court with a concentration on real estate disputes.
Mr. Houston is “AV” rated by Martindale Hubbell. He is a member of the Southern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Mr. Houston is a member of the Florida and Georgia Bars and is admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Middle District and Southern Districts of Florida.
Bart earned his Juris Doctor degree from Mercer University School of Law in 1986 and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Mercer University in 1983.
Stephen Millan is Invictus' Outside Independent Counsel and acts as Invictus' Independent Escrow Agent for transactional services. Stephen's firm completes transactional services for the Invictus Group of Companies in the United States and coordinates transactional services for invictus' outside the United States.
Stephen Millan is well versed in all facets of the law from his wide breadth of experience as a former Circuit Court Judge and as a distinguished figure in the South Florida and National legal landscape. Stephen has built his career based on a base of dedication to fairness and reasonableness.
Born on April 30, 1966, in New York, Stephen attended Northeastern University School of Law and Boston College, where he double-majored in History & English Literature. His legal career has been diverse, spanning roles as an Assistant State Attorney, Private Practitioner, and a former Circuit Court Judge.
Beyond the courtroom, Stephen is a family man, married to Hortensia Maxwell, and a proud father of five sons. His life is a testament to the integration of legal excellence, community engagement, and family values.
Pam is vital to the performance of the Invictus Groups. She delegates communication to the executive staff, associates, and venture partners. Ensures that internal controls are functioning, and that communication among the Group is evolving depending on the Groups' worldwide development. Pam is a former Banker-Regulatory Internal Audit Compliance officer. She started her career with American Savings & Loan, then advanced her career to Barnett Banks, Sun Trust Banks, Savings of America, and finally at SouthTrust Banks, in South Florida. Pam retired as a Vice President at SouthTrust Banks as Auditor of Branch Operations in Northwest Florida preparing her branches for regulatory audits by correcting internal errors to achieve bank compliance under the OCC.
Roy is a vital part of the growth strategy for our Group. Roy's experience in the area of sports is providing a basis to develop a philanthropic app with PhilCoin to provide a means of revenue for athletes worldwide, and a source for buidling wealth for the athlete's retirement. He also provides a diversity in cultures to permit us to grow into the hospitality sector with unique brands that lead the boutique hotel growth in the United States and with other brands that are permitting growth in the music sector. Roy is an amazing music artist and draws on his experience and knowledge gained over the decades in boxing and sports. Roy believes God serves as the center for his beliefs, and basis for decisions promoting his values when discussing business and in speaking to youth in his community. He remains active in his community in mentoring to children in distress, in juvenile centers and is a proponent of re-entry programming. Roy is breaking many barriers and is on course to become one of the greatest African American hotel owners in the United States.
Jerry is a 17 year veteran in Marketing with 7 years in Blockchain and Crypto. Currently, Jerry is CEO and Founder of Philcoin, the world’s first global philanthropic blockchain ecosystem. At the centre of Philcoin is its super app, PHILApp, where users can access education courses, give back to charity, connect with people around the world on its custom-built social app, and more. Philcoin’s token can be used to transact within this ecosystem to help generate wealth for all, and tokens can be staked using the world’s first ever give-and-earn staking mechanism. Jerry has focused on international expansion and community culture building in the Philanthropy space. Jerry holds a Masters Degree in Ministry from Open Bible Institute and a Doctorate in Christian Counseling from Vision International University of Florida.
He has built organizations in more than 50 countries, and has impacted thousands of people doing so. His focus has always been in creating the right culture in companies, strategic leadership, and brand making.
In 2015, Jerry was introduced to the blockchain space where he has creating and developing strategies to redistribute wealth around the world and establish global partnerships with those who are like minded, with the end mission in building a philanthropical global movement built on the blockchain.

Carter is no stranger to leadership and innovation, currently serving as the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of CarterBrothers Companies, a prominent Full-Service Management Service Firm specializing in Strategic Growth, Consulting, Integrated Facilities Management, Hospitality management, and Corporate Real Estate Services. His expertise extends to diverse areas, including fire and life safety projects, project management for commercial and national accounts, and full-service security management for clients such as BP, Frito-Lay, General Electric, and Stand Register, ABM, and ADT/TYCO.

With more than 35 years of experience in the industry, Marco Roca knows his way around hotel development. He’s held high-level development positions with such major companies as Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Hard Rock International, Wyndham Worldwide and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. He started his own firm, Miami-based Reveille Hospitality and has continued with his stellar development skills in Invictus projects.
Marco Roca Jr., ("MJ") is a hospitality executive with international experience in: Business Development, Real Estate Investment & Development, M&A, Corporate Strategy, Valuation, Management, and Consulting. He is a vital part of invictus hospitality projects.
MJ is bilingual (English & Spanish) and tri-citizen (U.S., Mexico, and France), MJ is board member for the Latino Hotel Association and is Co-Chairman of Urban Land Institute’s Florida and Caribbean Hospitality and Recreational Development Council.
